I know what I look for when I travel and this is my home, so I am a tad biased.
Firstly, I need a fab location within walking distance to all the important amenities like bars and restaurants. Then, I want comfortable beds with good linen, and a cute outdoor space to have morning coffee or sunset wine.
Chuck in some air conditioning, a great pool, huge spa and a lift for when I have done all my steps for the day. Throw in a few treats like good coffee and a selection of teas and I am a happy glamper.
Oh and of course internet in case I am forced to check work stuff or need a good show to watch.
For market lovers the famous Rusty's markets are across the street with great food and coffee options. On the other adjacent street there is a large shopping center with all other shopping.
A five-minute walk takes you to the reef terminal for a day on the reef or just choose a restaurant and enjoy the view.
