About the space
Welcome to our Mountain View and Lake front customer-built vacation home in Hill Spring! It's a 30-minute drive to the Prince of Wales Hotel in Waterton National Park, a perfect dream vacation home to stay with friends and family!
We are located on 74 acres of farmland with a stunning view of the Chief and Rocky Mountains and private frontage of Dipping Vat Lake. The house was designed by Canadian architect Gordon Atkins and features 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor. There is also an Entertainment room, library, a rooftop sunroom with a better view of Chief Mountain and Dipping Vat Lake, as well as a customer-built, fully equipped squash/basketball court.
You may see many kinds of wild animals, including deer and foxes, as well as many ducks, Canada geese, and swans! The sun rises beautifully from the guest room, and the sunset is romantic from the Lake!
If you're looking for peace, quiet and expansive views surrounded by nature, then our dream vacation home is perfect for hosting family and friends.

The entire house, excluding the bedroom on the second floor, for property maintenance purposes.
Indoor garage parking may be available upon request.

An excellent experience
I could write an essay about how amazing our stay was. From the property, to the location, to the host. The Farm looked even better than what the photos provided. All the amenities were top of the line and there was plenty to keep busy without ever leaving the property. If you do want to leave then Waterton national park is close by for a quick trip! I would absolutely recommend staying here and my group hopes to rent it ourselves again.
