Casa de la Playa is a fully all-inclusive 2.5-acre beachfront estate in Palmilla Norte — private chef, dedicated butler, drivers, and all food and beverage are included in every stay. Seven ocean-view bedrooms, an infinity pool that dissolves into the white sand beach, jet skis, paddleboards, and access to the One&Only Palmilla resort define the property. Sleeps up to 14 guests.



THE SPACE

The infinity pool appears to blend directly into the white sand beach. Seven bedroom suites all look out to the Pacific. The estate includes direct beach access with jet skis, stand-up paddleboards, and beach chairs. A firepit, outdoor bar, palapa, landscaped gardens, and badminton court complete the outdoor footprint.
