All just a short walk to Greenfield or Blenheim Beaches - two of the most pristine white sandy beaches in Jervis Bay. Also just a short stroll to join White Sands Walking track which takes you from Hyams Beach to Huskisson without leaving the water's edge. Meanwhile Vincentia's shops and cafes are a short drive or longer walk away. Huskisson and its boutique brewery, cafe and shopping scene is just over 5 minutes drive and The Booderee National Park and Hyams Beach are less than 10 minutes away.

Please note The Springs is on a dual occupancy plot with another house at the front of the property. All external areas are private. The only shared element is the driveway. The second dwelling here is another holiday home.

We have off street parking available to you. Note the driveway is steep so you may prefer to park on the road. Please do not block the driveway or access to the front house.

There is a flight of stairs at the property with the bedrooms located downstairs and the bathroom upstairs.
