The group will have easy access to everything they need in this excellently located place. The space: The house is safe, it has 2 sets of roads as you can see in the photos. The house is well-ventilated and bright, with plenty of space. A great terrace to enjoy. A peaceful and harmonious environment. Guest access: I don't live in the city; my relative, Mr. Dantas, will be receiving you. But I will always be available for any questions or eventualities. Welcome! During your stay: Please contact me when you are on your way, as I don't live in the city and need to contact my relative to receive you. You will be received by Mr. Dantas. Other observations: Parking can be in front of the house or on the street. People who are not staying at the property will not be allowed. Please do not make noise after 10 PM. Please do not smoke inside the room or in the common areas of the house; use the terrace instead. Please leave the terrace clean and tidy when using it. Please leave the common areas of the house organized and clean. We have a lot of water shortages in the city; please conserve as much as possible as the water tank may run out. The water company only supplies water to the city for 3 days. Thank you for your understanding.
The neighborhood is very central, close to the beach, the city center, supermarket, banks, bus stop, restaurants and bars.
