- Located in a fantastic Scarborough location, just a short 1.4km (3-min drive) to Brighton and Scarborough beaches and a very short 240m walk (3-min walk) to Brighton Road Food Market, Brighton Bakery & some excellent cafes and burger bars.
- Located in a quiet complex comprising of 9 villas, you will have a private entrance with one (1) allocated car bay (covered) to the right of your front door.
- As soon as you enter, you will be welcome by the beautiful open-plan lounge/dining space.
- Beautiful console table & round mirror as a feature as you enter through this gorgeous home.
- The lounge space, is comfortable & unique, offering an entertainment unit, floor lamp, smart TV, coffee table, luxe velvet dark green sofa, and some occasional chairs for extra guests!
- The dining space gives off some beautiful luxe vibes with a gorgeous pendant feature light, a rectangular dining table, and six chairs - a perfect space to enjoy a meal with family or friends.
- Located off the dining space, walk through the glass sliding doors to take you to your very own private courtyard! Enjoy the convenience of cooking a meal on the gas BBQ and sitting down with family & friends or enjoy the lounge chairs with coffee tables to sit back & relax, read a book, or enjoy your morning coffee! Located opposite the vanity you will find the laundry - offering a trough, front loader washing machine & electric dryer.
- Bedroom 2 is an awesome kid`s domain! Offering a cool black timber bunk bed (single bed over double bed) with a ladder, and wardrobe for your belongings and we have available a kid`s toy box filled with books and toys for young children to keep them entertained during their stay!
- At the end of the hallway, you will find a separate toilet with door.
HEATING & COOLING INFORMATION
- Split system to open plan lounge, dining & kitchen space - this split system is capable of heating & cooling the villa - handy tip: ensure all windows, blinds, curtains, bathroom & toilet doors are closed during the cooler months to warm up the villa!

PARKING INFORMATION
- You will have available one (1) dedicated car bay located next to your private entrance of the villa.

Hi, we`re Kiri and Steve - we are the owners of Let Go but also own this property and offer this space to beautiful guests! We used to live at the complex and know our very friendly neighbours and location very well.
As we know the area extremely well, we are more than happy to give you recommendations and tips on what to do in the area :-)

- Brighton Bakery - an award-winning bakery - they have the best Aussie pies and sausage rolls!
- Brooklyn Lounge - burger bar! Amazing burgers!!!
- Harvest Boulangerie Patisserie - this is Steve and Kiri`s favourite little take-away coffee place! We love their coffee and ham and cheese croissant and freshly baked baguettes - it reminds us of being in Paris... we highly recommend!
- Doubleview IGA - great supermarket close by (1.2km, 3 minute drive)
- Post Office (1.1km, 2 minute drive)
- Pharmacy (850m, 2 minute drive)
- Great little parks perfect for the family - our favourite is the Whale Playground at Scarborough Beach!
- Scarborough foreshore - the foreshore is only a few minutes drive away (or you can walk!) and boasts many cafes, restaurants, BBQ facilities, playgrounds, skatepark, pool etc - a must see when you are in Perth! (1.6km, 5 minute drive)
- Coles Scarborough (1.6km, 5 minute drive)
- Located in a complex comprising of 9 villas, please be mindful and respectful of the other residents and abide by our house rules at all times.
- Please take note of the spaces you are allowed to park in and please do not park any vehicles in the communal driveway, or grassed verge, and strictly no street parking.
- Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a ladder, please ensure you watch your children at all times.
- We have provided guests with toy box filled with children`s books & toys - please ensure these items are kept at the property at all times.
- For guests bringing larger vehicles, please note that some bigger cars may not fit comfortably in the garage. We highly recommend double-checking the exterior photos in our listing to ensure your vehicle is suitable for the space.

• AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
• CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside – it is a fire hazard.
• COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins. Instructions in bin section in the guest handbook. Do not leave rubbish in open areas. If there is overflow of rubbish at your check-out, you will be charged a $100 disposal fee - please place all rubbish in bins.
• COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation.
• CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.
• CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.
