This Parnell property is the perfect suburban base for exploring Auckland. Parnell Road is only a stroll away, where guests can enjoy the local shops, cafes and restaurants. Auckland Domain, Parnell Baths, waterfront reserves and the CBD, are also within walking distance. This spacious home is set out over 3 levels and is and ideal for families and friends to spread out and relax. The outdoor courtyard is also perfect for enjoying long summer nights. Two secure parking spaces are included.



This house is set out over three floors. Downstairs is the double garage and laundry, the mid-level is the kitchen, living and dining room with doors leading out to the patio, and single bedroom and WC. Upstairs on the top floor is the master bedroom with king bed and views over the city complete with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also on this floor with queen bed and main bathroom.



The main living level is heated by the gas fireplace and and an electric heater. The master bedroom has heat pump / AC, and all other bedrooms have plug in heaters.



Parking is easy and secure in the private garage, with enough space for two cars.



Pets are allowed with prior approval - note fees apply.



Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property

PET POLICY:

Pets with prior approval

$200 pet fee per booking.

Poo to be picked up and bagged up before going into the rubbish bin

Pets not allowed on furniture

Pets to be kept under control and not disturb Neighbours

Pets not to be left alone at home for extended periods (more than 3hrs)

Guests are liable for any and all any damages by the pet including but not limited to will not scratch the doors/walls, urinating of pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
