Step into the open-plan living and dining area, where large sliding doors reveal a stunning sun-drenched deck. It’s the heart of the home — ideal for lazy breakfasts, long lunches, or evening drinks under the stars. The deck flows down to a terraced garden with firepit and sauna then leading down to your own private pool – a tranquil sanctuary surrounded by greenery.



Inside, you’ll find three stylishly appointed bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Every space is light with neutral tones, and coastal touches that instantly make you feel relaxed and at home.



Whether you’re starting your day with a swim at the nearby beach, soaking up the sun by the pool, or winding down in the sauna, the Cottage is your perfect beachside escape — where every moment feels like a holiday.



The Neighborhood:

Terrigal is a popular coastal suburb on the Central Coast of New South Wales, known for its vibrant beachside lifestyle and stunning natural scenery. It’s centred around Terrigal Beach, a long sandy shore with great swimming, surfing, and views of the iconic Skillion headland, and is just a short walk from Barnhill Beach House.



The area offers a lively village atmosphere with a variety of cafés, restaurants, shops, and local markets, making it a favourite holiday destination for families, couples, and groups. Terrigal also has easy access to nearby beaches like Avoca and Wamberal, as well as water activities at Terrigal Lagoon.



With a mix of relaxed coastal living and active leisure opportunities, Terrigal combines beautiful ocean views, outdoor adventures, and community charm, making it one of the most sought‑after spots on the Central Coast.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $500, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your details will not be shared or retained.
