Unwind in this renovated basement suite in the heart of Newmarket. This open concept private unit accommodates up to 3 guests in a queen size bed and queen pull-out mattress. The room includes a living area, kitchen and dining area with an extendable table which may be used as a desk. There is a private bathroom and bedroom area. The entrance is also private and there is free parking for one car on the right side of the driveway. We are a family of two living on the main floor.
