The upper level has 2 bedrooms each with queen beds, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is an open-plan family room with comfortable couches, a large dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. The space opens to a large deck with a dining table, chairs, and a spa.
The lower level has two bedrooms, one is a bunk room sleeping 3, and the other has a queen-sized bed. There is a large lounge and kitchenette.
Underfloor heating throughout the house and two large heat pumps for heating and cooling.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip the beds except the duvet cover and leave sheets in a pile. Put used towels in laundry bag.
Turn on the dishwasher.
Remove all rubbish from the house.
Return the key to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
