INTERIOR

The beautifully remodeled and updated condo is the perfect getaway. The living room boasts stunning views of the golf course, filled with natural light. It features comfortable sofas and a 65-inch Smart TV, all within an open floor plan that seamlessly integrates with the kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well-stocked for all your meal prep needs and provides easy access to the spacious north-facing patio. This unit features a full-size washer and dryer, and a two-car parking garage.

OUTDOORS

The private entry courtyard offers a southwestern view of the mountains, while the large backyard patio overlooks the golf course. The back patio is equipped for outdoor dining for six and features a fire pit for cooler evenings. The BBQ is conveniently located next to the kitchen and the outdoor dining area. A community pool and spa are just 400 feet from the condo, making it a very short walk to enjoy a refreshing swim! Guests also have access to the gym. Please contact the Golf-Tennis shop for availability. NOTE: The golf course will be closed from March 2027 to December 1, 2027 for renovation.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large closet, a 46-inch Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a new walk-in shower, dual vanities, and plenty of natural light. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed, a 46-inch Smart TV, a work desk, and ample natural light. Guest bedroom #2 is perfect for overnight guests, featuring two twins that can convert to king size. The main bedroom is connected to guest bedroom #2, making it ideal for families. The guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

THINGS TO DO

This unit is situated in the beautiful community of Rancho Las Palmas, adjacent to The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are both within 2 miles of the property. Palm Springs Airport is just 28 minutes away, while the Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. The world-famous El Paseo Shopping District, which includes a variety of restaurants and shops, is only 10 minutes away. Additionally, Albertsons, Ralphs, and Rite Aid are all conveniently located within 2 miles.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
