The villa is thoughtfully spread across two main buildings:

🛋 Main Living Pavilion (Left Side)
As you walk in, you'll find the spacious, fully air-conditioned open-plan living and dining area, designed for comfort and connection. Adjacent is a well-equipped guest kitchen, perfect for light meals or entertaining, with a separate staff kitchen for full-service cooking. Whether you prefer a cool, climate-controlled setting or want to throw open the doors and let in the island breeze, this space adapts to your mood.

🏊 Pool & Fitness Area
Just a few steps from the living area, you'll discover the large private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing or playing in the sun. Beside it, a shaded sala offers the ideal spot for reading or afternoon naps. Below the pool deck, a short staircase leads to the villa's fitness room, featuring two treadmills for those looking to stay active during their stay.

🛏 Bedroom Pavilion (Right Side)
The second building houses all five bedrooms across two floors.

Upstairs, you'll find two master bedrooms, including one with absolutely breathtaking sea views — a sight to wake up to every morning.
Downstairs, there are two additional main bedrooms and a fifth guest bedroom.
The four main bedrooms each feature generous in-room bathtubs and spacious en suite bathrooms, blending comfort with style. The fifth bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, complete with its own en suite and a shower.

Six Hills Villa comes with a dedicated full-time staff, ready to provide daily housekeeping, prepared breakfasts, and any other meals upon request — ensuring a seamless and relaxing stay for you and your family.

Whether you're planning a peaceful family getaway, a group retreat, or simply want to unwind in comfort and privacy, Six Hills Villa offers the ideal base to enjoy the magic of Koh Samui.

Rental Rates Include:
• Unlimited water usage
• Electric fair usage 100 units/day
• Full time staff on-side (maid service & chef service)
• Daily Maid service, with bed linen changed twice weekly, towels as necessary
• Complimentary Continental Breakfast
• Chef Service for lunch (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% service fee on the food bill)
• Multilingual speaking Guest Manager (English, French, Chinese)
• Welcome/information Pack with the ‘owner’s recommendations’
• One complimentary round-trip airport transfer (arrival & departure)
• Baby cot & high chair available on request
• Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa

Rental Rates Exclude:
• Chef service for Dinner 1,000 THB/time (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% service fee on the food bill)
• Electricity excess charge @ 7 THB/unit
• Extra person charge @ 59 USD/bed/night (available upon request)
• Babysitting, massage & spa services (available on request )
• Chartered boat services (available upon request)
• Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage

Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $500 (cash only, equivalent currency value acceptable) security deposit from the guest.
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
