Sun-drenched, family-friendly home that is nice, clean and close to everything with many community amenities! This 3 bed 2 bath home is a small yet sophisticated chalet with plenty of yard space for fun and family time. Offers a well-stocked kitchen, vaulted ceilings, firepit, fireplace, big backyard, games, & dog friendly w/fee (Max 1; no cats!) Room AC Only! Linens not included and available to rent. Near the the outdoor pool and only 5 min drive to the lake! Our all-purpose community center is the focal point of our amenities. There is a Ring Door bell with a camera. Permit # 210158 As well as other external surveillance. This entire chalet is perfect for your family/group! Just text Debbie if you have any questions!

~Max Occupancy: 9 (incl infants)

The house may be managed by Debbie but it is owned by Max, Emeline, & Jules. The three have been friends all the way back from their college years in France. They met in the French Alps and found their small Alps away from home right here in the Poconos!

This property was chosen in Emerald Lakes for its inviting and friendly atmosphere and all the great outdoor fun that is available close by. The home may be quaint but has so much potential and over the years we are looking forward to tapping into that potential to give you a great stay!

What makes this property unique

What makes this property unique is the fact it has a small fenced area for your children or pets to run and play in. House is sun-drenched from the large windows with the vaulted ceiling. This is one of the few communities that actually has an indoor heated pool! From Skiing to a fun day at the waterpark to hikes under the fall foliage, every season has something to offer in the region!
