Mermaid’s Hideout is a stunningly renovated luxury 4 bedroom, 2-storey, townhouse with 3 bathrooms (including an oversized double corner bath) with elevated breath-taking views of Culburra beach. Whether it’s the stunning countryside, the surf beach or white sand bays you prefer, there is no end to the gorgeous places you can explore in Culburra. This beautiful townhouse captures the warmth of the sun during winter but avoids the harsh afternoon sun during summer. Sit back, relax and enjoy the cool sea breeze in Summer or make use of the ducted air conditioning. Private steps lead
down to the calm waters of Tilbury Cove at the southern end of Culburra Beach.
This amazing townhouse includes modern furnishings, a beautiful electric piano overlooking the water, a lock up garage, separate laundry with washer and dryer, viewing deck with extendable teak outdoor setting, cantilever umbrella and weber BBQ, Bluetooth speaker with iPhone connectivity, fully kitchen comprehensively equipped with appliances and crockery, including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee
machine with a selection of pods. Relax on the balcony with a cool drink. There is no shortage of things to do or just sit back and relax.

Culburra Beach is an easy 2.5 hr drive from Sydney, and yet you will feel as though
you are a whole world away. It is a place to do as little or as much as you like. It’s a
lovely beach and bay town with natural beauty that is second to none. The beaches
of Jervis Bay Marine Park, the Shoalhaven River, the wineries of Berry Mountain, Crookhaven Light house walk are all easily accessible.
For those who enjoy the surf, across the road there is a track leading directly down to
Culburra’s main surf beach, Warrain Beach. Fishing enthusiasts can fish off the
rocks immediately in front of the property, or Lake Wollumboola (few minutes walk) where you can also enjoy water sports (equipment can be hired from the surf school), and prawning come sundown.
Mermaid’s Hideout is located close to shops, cafes and Woolworths and only a few minutes’ drive to award winning restaurants and delicious seafood outlets and oyster farms at Greenwell Point. A number of Golf courses and a surf school are located nearby and the national parks of Jervis Bay, Morton and Conjola are only a short drive away.
The parking for this Villa is a double garage, an additional car can be parked outside horizontally across the garage door so as to not obstruct vehicle access to the other units. Any extra cars that do not fit in the garage must be parked off the premises.

The south coast of NSW is a wonderful place with diverse landscapes and much natrual beauty. We particularly love the beach, fishing, and oysters. There are great restaurants, and local fresh produce. Plenty of things to do and see. Culburra is a quite little town not overrun with visitors that has everything nearby.
