As soon as you step inside, you'll be captivated by the lively living room, where indoor plants add a vibrant touch, complementing the artful decor. Comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a coffee table, and a couple bucket chairs center around a large smart TV and state-of-the-art sound system. Music lovers will delight in the guitar adorning the wall, adding an authentic Austin vibe to the space.

Adjacent to the living room, the dining area exudes charm, with built-in shelves filled with an array of bar glasses and quirky knick-knacks. A dining table for four invites intimate gatherings, while an additional four seats at the kitchen counter make room for lively breakfasts or casual conversations over coffee. Your culinary adventures await in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials plus a dishwasher and a pantry for all your food storage needs.

The adventure continues down the hallway, leading you to a spacious backyard: a private oasis featuring a deck, a fenced-in grassy area, a dining table, and plenty of shade for those sun-soaked Austin afternoons.

Inside, the primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation. A plush king bed, two dressers, room-darkening curtains, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, ample closet space, a smart TV, and the luxury of hotel-quality linens guarantee a restful night's sleep.

The remaining two bedrooms feature cozy queen beds, wrapped in custom luxury hotel-quality linens, and ample closet space for your belongings. A fully stocked bathroom in the hallway, equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, caters to the needs of all guests.

Free street parking is available nearby for your convenience. And the cherry on top? Major attractions are just a brisk walk away! Guests have access to the entire home and the backyard. The garage is not included with this rental.

If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with access information before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy entry.

After booking you'll be provided a link where you can purchase upgrades to your booking such as early check-in and late check-out, additional cleanings, and more that will make your Austin experience even better!

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have taken extra precautions to care for our guests and employees by introducing zero contact entry, enhanced cleaning protocols, and strict covering requirements for employees. We encourage our guests to review Texas and Austin’s travel guidelines and restrictions before making a reservation. We must work together to ensure a safe environment for everyone that enters our properties.

Located in South Austin, this lively and eclectic neighborhood is known for its unique blend of creativity and culture. The area boasts a diverse range of attractions, including the famous South Congress Avenue (SoCo), where locals and visitors can find an array of boutique shops, art galleries, music venues, and a wide variety of dining options. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby parks and trails that offer opportunities for hiking, biking, and enjoying the scenic views of the city. Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).

We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
