Great stay! Very clean, quiet property, with great access to just about anything one would want to explore in Grand County. The kitchen, in particular, was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals. It was spacious enough for our little family of three to get some privacy when we needed it, beds were comfy, and the hot tub was very nice. It was perfect for our little three-day, beat-the-Denver-heat getaway.

Extremely clean. Has all the utilities that you would need for anything. Nice having a garage so you don’t have to scrape the snow or ice off every morning.

Wonderful condo, not where it shows on the map. We were visiting Fraser to attend a wedding and the location on the map had the condo within walking distance of the reception—which is exactly what we were looking for.The actual site was over a mile away and not even in the town of Fraser, but unincorporated area of town.That all said, the condo was lovely and very well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking on your own. Furniture is new and comfy and the hot tub was perfect.The management company was amazing and responsive to about crazy last minute requests—we are very grateful for their hospitality We would definitely consider staying here again now that we fully understand the location.

The condo was perfect, clean and well appointed. The listing included a gym/fitness facility and a pool. The town has a rec center — not this condo. Listing needs to be updated.
