This beautiful home is situated on 3 acres of land shared with pines, aspen and wild life including moose, deer and humming birds! Cozy up to the wood-burning stove or head upstairs to relax with a good book in the loft library. Enjoy the bonus game room complete with ping pong, pool table, fuse ball and darts.

We had an amazing weeklong stay here in Aug 2026 as a family of 4. The location is beautiful - we enjoyed watching deer, hummingbirds, and even a bull moose from the deck in addition to the mountain vistas. The listing accurately reflects the spacious home, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return to stay again in the future.

A little worn in places but very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and it was very quiet and peaceful. Loved having ping pong matches with my husband every night!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, right between Grand Lake and Winter Park, making it easy to enjoy both areas. The property was clean, comfortable, and incredibly dog-friendly, which made traveling with our pup so easy.The views were amazing, and the whole place was so relaxing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the deck, taking in the scenery, and making meals in the well-equipped kitchen and on the grill. It really felt like a peaceful getaway.We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Stephanie's service is exemplary; the best host I have had in all my years using VRBO. The home was exactly what we were looking for; quiet, peaceful location on 3 acres for privacy, yet close to town. We sat on the porch, overlooking the valley, in solitude. Plenty of room for two plus 2 poodles. Home is well stocked; cookware, quality silverware, sandwich baggies for outings, extra ice trays, laundry supplies, plenty of plates, dishes, refrigerator had the basics (butter, jam, salsa, ketchup, ...). Sofa and recliners were very comfortable. TV's were good size and provided all the options we needed for movies and sports. Cool air at altitude kept us very comfortable vs back home at 108 degrees when we left for the mountains! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home and bring our pups!

We loved this house. The view was gorgeous. There was total peace and quiet, but we had convenient access to civilization when it was desired. We cooked almost all meals at home and the house had everything we needed. We only used one bedroom, and it was very comfortable. The layout of the house was well thought out. The owners have thought of everything. We would definitely return.

It's one of those times when you know it is going to be good as you head up the road toward the house. Beautiful mountain views along the tree-lined dirt road. The first thing you notice getting out of the car in the driveway is the sweet smell of mountain air! The house is beautiful and welcoming! It was the perfect place for a reunion with our family! Scenic views of nearby peaks from the balcony and most windows! A great place to relax and have fun! Loved the pool table, ping pong, and foosball in the basement. Great place!

Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful time at her beautiful property and really enjoyed the amazing views. We loved all the games and puzzles and felt very at home and comfortable. A great base for any activities near Winter Park, Fraser, Granby, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is high up on the hill where you have privacy, nature (we saw mule deer and a large white snow rabbit), and just a jaunt down to the bottom for the main road. The house was spacious, clean, and the bottom floor with ping pong and pool table was all the rage with the kids.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, the owners are very easy to communicate with and their home is tucked away in a beautiful location. We like to travel with our dog and their home is very pet friendly. They are stocked wellwell with everything you need.

Amazing Getaway Cabin

Week In Tabernash

This was our second stay in Tabernash. So good last summer we came back this summer. Well stocked kitchen, great outdoor space, roomy house plan and secluded but not too far from town.

Wonderful Stay

We had the greatest time at this cabin! There was so much to do at the house you never needed to leave! We enjoyed snow sledding, playing pool, and ping pong. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the area. We will hopefully be back again and would love to stay here again.

Great mountain home

We had a great stay. The home is just far enough outside of town where you feel like you have your own mountain paradise but you’re only a short drive into town to grab a beer or some groceries. Great host and overall a great home and stay
