Plus, it's only minutes from Snow Summit, the Village, and countless hiking and biking trailsâmaking it effortless to soak up everything Big Bear has to offer.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sqâŻft singleâstory home featuring an inviting living room with a smart TV, dining table, and an easy to use electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing nights in after mountain adventures. Enjoy the rare luxury of air-conditioning, an uncommon and welcome amenity in Big Bear during the summers.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiâFi, board games, and card games are on hand for rainyâday fun. Central air-conditioning and wall heaters ensure year-round comfort. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Step onto the deck to grill on the propane barbecue or sip morning coffee while admiring neighborhood and treetop views. The large, partially fenced quarterâacre lot provides plenty of space for kids to play safely or for unwinding under the mountain sky by the firepit.
