Light and airy with a private Gulf front balcony with access from both the living area and the main bedroom directly overlooking our wide sugar sand beach. Living room/dining room combo has a delightful decor with new furnishings, new curtains, new flooring, light fixtures and so much more! Dry bar with mini fridge! Vacation rental 113 offers a fully furnished kitchen complete with new appliances (2024) and everything needed to enjoy dining at home.

Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the second bedroom and 1 queen in the third bedroom. Flat panel cable televisions in the living room and all three bedrooms. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Washer Dryer.
