Situated in Noord this home is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is within a 6 min drive to the high rise hotels, palm beach, the famous palm beach strip full of restaurants and nightlife. 12 min away from the airport and supermarkets and restaurants are in walking distance.

MODERN DESIGN AND LIVING SPACE
Once you step in you will be welcomed with natural light throughout the entire house. Living room has 2 large folding doors for the amazing aruba breeze to flow through home if desired. Kitchen comes fully equipped with a big island, stainless steel appliances. Upstairs in lounge area yet again 2 folding doors inviting you to a spectacular wrap around balcony.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom has its own AC. The master bedroom and guest room on first floor are furnished with king size beds and flat screen smart tv’s while the other 2 rooms are furnished with queen size beds. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with 2 shower panels on each side of glass shower. Also a private balcony facing the nature.

HOUSEKEEPING
- This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests are responsible for their own shopping, laundry, and cleaning.
- Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost.

CAMERAS & SECURITY
- The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for your safety.
- No cameras are installed inside the home.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking allowed inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 USD cleaning fee.
- No pets are allowed on the property at any time.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- No parties or loud music permitted.
- Renters must be 21 years or older.

ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY
- The number of guests must not exceed 8 persons under any circumstances.
- Any additional guest beyond the allowed amount will be charged $25 USD per person per night.
- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

UTILITIES
- Rental includes a daily electricity and water allowance of $50 USD. This allowance is typically sufficient if
utilities are used responsibly.
- Please turn off the air conditioning when not in use or when you leave the home.
- Overuse of electricity beyond the daily allowance will be charged at $0.20 USD per kWh, calculated and
billed at check-out.
