The Space:

Welcome to your dream home in Aruba, a perfect blend of comfort, style, and island charm. Upon entering, you’ll find a sleek, modern kitchen outfitted with every convenience, flowing seamlessly into a warm, spacious living room and an elegant dining area where you’ll love gathering.



The house has three beautiful bedrooms: the first bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and TV. The third has a queen bed and its own television. A full additional bathroom plus a half bath upstairs ensure everyone’s needs are met.



Stepping outside, your private oasis unfolds. A sparkling pool invites refreshing swims, accompanied by an outdoor shower and a row of sun loungers perfect for sipping cocktails or soaking up the sun. The backyard features a built-in stone BBQ and a full outdoor kitchen, where you can cook al fresco, as well as an outdoor dining table ideal for enjoying meals. From the second-floor balcony you can descend stairs directly into this lush backyard sanctuary.



Venture up to the rooftop dining lounge and savor sweeping ocean views, ideal for sunset dinners or quiet mornings with coffee. For added convenience, the home includes a combination washer and dryer tucked away on the left side outside. With its harmonious indoor-outdoor flow, modern amenities, and memorable views, this home feels like paradise.

The Neighborhood:

Savaneta is a quiet fishing village on Aruba's south coast, known for calm water and local seafood.



- Zeerovers (famous local fish restaurant): about 3 min drive

- Mangel Halto beach (snorkeling, mangroves): about 5 min drive

- Supermarkets: about 5 min drive

- Baby Beach: about 15 min drive

- Oranjestad: about 15 min drive

- Palm Beach: about 25–30 min drive

Getting Around:

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is about 10 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals, and car rental desks are at the airport. A rental car is essential to reach the beaches on the north and west of the island.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
