We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, especially after a long day of travel with little ones. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - The home was professionally cleaned and personally inspected before your arrival, but we’ll be more thorough with our cleaning team moving forward to make sure everything’s in great shape. - The wires you saw are inactive speaker wires from a removed sound system, but we’ll work on securing or tucking them away to avoid confusion. - While the home isn’t baby-proofed, we’re happy to move lightweight items like plants or lamps if we know kids are coming—just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll take care of it. - We’re sorry about the ladybugs. They haven’t been a problem during or since your stay, but we’ve asked our pest control service to re-treat the home just to be safe.
