Pohutukawa Cottage - the perfect spot for a relaxing break on Waiheke Island
Pohutukawa Cottage is a lovingly renovated, character cottage - the perfect spot for a relaxing break on Waiheke Island. Curl up on the super comfortable couch & watch a movie with a glass of wine, or sit & enjoy the sunset from the lovely outdoor couch! Â
The cottage has a well-equipped modern kitchen and an open plan living area, which has a large smart TV, a sonos sound system and a heatpump/air con unit this is a great house in summer or winter. French doors open from the living room onto a large covered verandah, with super comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a further deck between the house & the sleepout which has outdoor dining & a BBQ.
Off the living room is the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, as well as the bathroom. Across the deck is the sleepout, which has a Queen bed. Both beds are super comfortable and dressed with premium linen. Â
The cottage is ideally located close to Oneroa and minutes away from fabulous beaches, wineries & award winning restaurants!
Note that there is an additional dwelling further down the property with a private courtyard which may be tenanted.
