This adorable cottage with plenty of charm is perfectly located on one of the quietest streets in Southampton Village. Open kitchen/living room and plenty of light. A 10 minute walk to town and 10 minute bike-ride to the most pristine ocean beaches of Southampton Village. Beautiful private backyard with BBQ and fire pit to enjoy warm evenings. 2 parking spaces.
