Located in the heart of Port Melbourne, Bank House offers a warm and welcoming retreat for families or small groups. With three comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, and off-street parking for two cars (please note the garage is not available), this pet-friendly property features a secure backyard and all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is equipped with split system heating and cooling, with additional units in each of the three bedrooms for year-round comfort.
Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with split system heating and cooling
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with split system heating and cooling
Bedroom 3: Two single beds with split system heating and cooling
Set in a convenient bayside location, guests will love starting the day with breakfast at Local Rules Café or enjoying a casual pub dinner at the Clare Castle Hotel. With easy access to the beach, Bay Street shops, and the CBD via public transport, Bank House blends coastal ease with city connectivity for the ideal Melbourne getaway.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
