Just 300 metres from the golden sands of Shelly Beach, this relaxed two-level retreat invites you into the easy rhythm of coastal living. Start the morning with a walk along the shoreline, spend the afternoon cooling off in the sparkling pool surrounded by tropical greenery, then settle onto the upstairs balcony as sea breezes roll in. With generous indoor spaces and inviting outdoor areas to enjoy throughout the day, it’s a welcoming base for relaxed Sunshine Coast holidays.
The Space:
Designed for easy living, the home unfolds across two spacious levels. Downstairs, a relaxed second living area with a sofa, smart TV and air conditioning looks out toward the pool, creating a comfortable spot to unwind after a day at the beach. A handy kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge makes it easy to prepare poolside drinks and snacks, while sliding glass doors open directly to the outdoor entertaining area where the resort-style pool sits among lush greenery.
Upstairs, the heart of the home is bright and open, bringing together the kitchen, dining and lounge in a breezy open-plan layout. The fully equipped kitchen offers generous bench space for preparing meals, while the dining table invites everyone to gather together. The adjoining lounge with smart TV is perfect for relaxed evenings indoors. Step out onto the expansive upper deck to enjoy outdoor lounge seating and leafy views over the pool below. The main bedroom is also located on this level, along with the laundry for added convenience.

The laundry includes a front-loading washing machine, dryer and outdoor clothesline for longer stays.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including garage parking for two small cars or one large car. Please note that parking in the driveway is not permitted, as there is a separately occupied granny flat located at the rear of the property. Free street parking is also available.
The Neighborhood:
Park your car in the garage and walk everywhere! You’re only a 4 minute walk to the beach, next to the coastal walking tracks and just minutes from playgrounds and local coffee spots. There’s no need to drive anywhere! The closest beach (Kings Beach) is 700m away (4-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing, swimming, or paddle boarding.
- Maroochydore airport is a 30-minute drive
- Brisbane airport and CBD is a 60-90 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 20-minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 15-minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 25-minute drive
- Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive
A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or 50-mins to Noosa National Park; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 650m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*Please note the fireplace in the home is not in working order.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
