*PET POLICY*
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must stay on the grassy area and must always be on a leash.
๏ If dogs want to cool off, they can do so on the boat side.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

*ROAD*
When you arrive at the chalet, you'll encounter a curve with a steep incline. In the summer, any car can access it, but in the winter, we highly recommend a 4x4 to navigate the hill safely. While an SUV may suffice, there's still a big chance you may struggle to climb the slope, so please plan accordingly.

*NOISES*
Please respect the calm of our community. No parties permitted. Keep noise to a minimum, especially after dark.

*INDOOR and OUTDOOR FIREPLACE*
The ground-floor fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not accessible to guests. However, you do have access to the main indoor fireplace as well as the outdoor fireplace. Please note that logs are not included for either fireplace; please bring your own wood, kindling, and lighter.

*SPA & TOWELS*
Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for spa and lake use.

*CAN I BRING MY OWN BOAT?*
Guests may not bring personal watercraft due to environmental protection rules (invasive algae). A paddle board is provided.
