Modern Luxury Comfort in East Vancouver, central to Downtown & Nearby Cities!
Designed for luxurious comfort in the city, our home welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor BBQ & dining area.
The kitchen is stocked with coffee (nespresso and brew), teabags, milk frother, cooking essentials and spices for your convenience. Variety of modern appliances included - chilled water and ice fridge dispenser, natural gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster.
All 3 bathrooms are stocked with shower essentials.
2 of the larger primary bedrooms have private ensuites for peaceful luxurious shower experience (plus jacuzzi bath in the King bedroom).
Conveniently located in central East Van, you will be a 10-15 min drive from popular Vancouver locations such as downtown, Stadium, Rogers Arena and Main St.
You will also be right in the middle of neighbouring cities such as Burnaby (10 mins drive) North Van / Coquitlam (20 mins), Richmond (30 mins) and less than 10 mins from Hwy 1 so you can conveniently explore and experience the cities of Greater Vancouver.
Within our local neighbourhood, you’ll be walking distance to the cultural Commercial Drive (popular for walking, eating, drinking), local cafes, family owned Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants, and Italian grocer and meat shops where you can pick up fresh sandwiches, ingredients for homemade pastas and ready-to-grill bbq meats.
There is plenty of street parking available at the front and side of the house.
An EV charger is available free of charge at the back of the house (access by temporarily park on the side of the alley in front of the laneway and extend charger to car ).
**Avoid using parking spot beside laneway unless high SUV and cautious driver as ramp is very high and space is narrow (ramp may hit lower cars-take caution)
**Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and note that there are long-term tenants in the basement and laneway home at the back of the property so you may occasionally see them using the back gate. They’re very respectful and quiet, and we’ve kindly asked that they also respect quiet hours for our guests. We appreciate your consideration.
