The Large Main Bedroom suite offers a queen-sized bed with large ensuite creating a tranquil retreat. The second and third bedrooms each provide a double bed, ideal for families or groups holidaying together. The Lounge Room is a large open space where you can unwind, relax, and spend quality time with loved ones. The Main Bathroom has a bath and separate toilet. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or outdoors, taking in the lovely garden, mountain & river views. Additional amenities include reverse cycle air conditioning/heating and plenty of free parking, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The house provides a perfect base for exploring the area whether you are wanting to explore the West Tamar Wine Region or the Launceston CBD, you can easily do both from here. You are only minutes to the CBD, Football, the Zoo, Riverbend Park, The Cataract Gorge, Penny Royal Adventure Park or a short scenic drive through Rosevears or up to Grindelwald where the family can have some fun at Splash Golf and other activities at the Tamar Valley Resort.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire holiday home, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. This includes three comfortable bedrooms, a spacious lounge room perfect for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a dining area to enjoy them in. You'll also have access to the main bathroom with a bath, the ensuite attached to the main bedroom, and laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer. Outside, enjoy the large deck and outdoor dining, garden and free parking on the premises.

Please note: Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Free parking is available on the premises. This property is a non-smoking house. Please refrain from climbing on the deck railing. We are family-friendly and welcome children of all ages. Pets are not allowed.
