Experience this charming, character-filled home near one of Aucklandâs most beautiful beachesâwith the added bonus of an easy commute to the CBDâlook no further! This delightful 3-bedroom retreat in Torbay is just 150 meters from the stunning Waiake Beach. Nestled in a hidden North Shore gem, it offers a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

This is one of the original baches in Torbay that has been renovated over the years to create a charming beachside retreat. Waiake beach is amazing - all tide swimming beach with playground, BBQs and toilets. The Burger Bar at the beach offers ice-creams, coffee and all day dining - YUM! You can`t help but chat to the friendly locals on a stroll along the beach!
The main living and dining area are open plan with door that open up to a wrap around deck and all weather patio with BBQ. The deck leads out to a sunny, fully fenced garden - perfect for pets and children to play.
The newly installed kitchen is the hub of the house and is fully equipped with everything you need.
Down the hallway are the 3 bedrooms plus 2.5 bathrooms - main bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. The main bedroom has king bed and double wardrobes, the second bedroom has a queen bed with drawers and hanging rail and the third bedroom has two king single beds with wardrobe and drawers.
Full laundry and a covered carport with access directly into the house.
