Imagine being close to downtown Troy (approx 10 min), and the Troy University campus (approx 12 min)…YET, you’re located in a quiet, peaceful country area on 10 acres, close to all that Troy offers!

Guests will be staying in a finished studio-loft space above our carport that is completely private and has its own entrance (via keyless door entry/code) to 460 sq feet of living space inclusive of a queen bed along with a sleeper sofa/memory foam mattress bed. There is a work desk, cable TV with access to your own Netflix , Disney, Amazon, accounts etc. In addition, the full-size bathroom with a shower and tub makes this space perfect for 2 guests, but can accomadate up to 4 guests. It has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee maker (both grinds or pods), toaster oven, microwave, a 2-burner stove, sink, and all dishware, pot and pans needed to be able to cook or prepare a meal. The bistro dining table has stools to accommodate 4. We have an ironing board, and a blow dryer in the bathroom as well as paraben free soaps shampoo, and conditioner.

We do allow up to 2 pets, cat or dog, for a small fee. We ask you to kindly pick up waste in yard, and we do provide pet wipes and bags. We also ask all pets to be up to date on shots and no leash required if you are with your pet. We do have several indoor and outdoor cats on property as well as 3 bull dogs that are in a fenced area on side yard of property. They are all friendly and up to date on shots as well, but we keep separate them so your pets can have access to and enjoy the entire property. If you are gone for long periods of time, we ask that you please kennel your pet(s) unless they are very used to being separated from you.

Guests have shared access of 10 acres, large front and back porch seating areas, and a gas grill and bonfire pit to use. PLEASE notify us prior to use to allow for instructions.

Our back porch has views of beautiful sunsets and looks out over hundreds of acres. It’s also equipped with a dining table and chairs, grill and seating area of cushioned sofa and chairs. The front porch has 2 Adirondack chairs and 2 rocking chairs to sit out and enjoy sipping coffee and watching the birds.

One more last note:
We provide all instructions and the door code for entry on the day of your arrival. There are 16 stairs to go to access your living and sleeping space. We are NOT handicap accessible, and please be sure you are able to traverse the 16 stairs physically before you book.
We DO NOT allow any smoking, vaping, recreational drug use or illegal activities on our property. No parties and no visitors without prior approval. Only guests registered at the time of booking may stay.
