This city central townhouse is in the heart city. Guests have their own private place with fully furnished bedroom with a queen size bed and a heatpump in lounge. Fully equipped kitchen, include full range cooking/dinning ware、dishwasher、microwave、oven、coffee machine、toaster、rice cooker、washing machine/dryer, a full bathroom.
This brand new townhouse is perfect for 2 people traveling in city.
Excellent location, close to most attractions by walk and our new Riverside Market located down Oxford Terrace which is an amazing place to visit.
There are full range of cuisine around us and a lovely organic WholeFoods store with freshly baked bread, fruits and vegetables.
Full access to entire house.
We would like to keep guests` privacy, but we love to answer any question from guests as well.
Excellent location in urban city, close to most attractions by walk. Our new Riverside Market located down Oxford Terrace which is an amazing place to visit. There are full range of cuisine around us and a lovely organic WholeFoods store with freshly baked bread, fruits and vegetables.
It is an easy walk to CBD which cost you 15 minutes, and other transportation.
Uber $10 approximate 6 minutes
Lime Scooter $4 approximate 8 minutes
Please notice:
Two storey townhouse, stairs in door
NO FOOD IN THE BEDROOM, please enjoy your meals in the dining/lounge area only
NO SHOES INDOORS
NO SMOKERS!
The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$50 + GST per hour.

I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules
1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
