Set above Lake Wakatipu, Matakauri House is a modern three-bedroom villa, just five minutes from central Queenstown. The villa includes a living and dining area, each with an open fireplace.
Entertainment features include a Smart TV and Sonos sound system.
Outside, a large deck and private garden overlook the lake and mountains. The outdoor area includes a schist fireplace, BBQ, and lounge seating. A heated plunge pool below offers a private spot to unwind.

Just 5 minutes` drive from the centre of town, Matakauri House is perfectly placed to make the most of Queenstown. This three-bedroom retreat features stylish interiors, two living areas with fireplaces and a wet bar. Lounge in the walled garden by the outdoor fire, fire up the BBQ, or sink into the year-round heated plunge pool and watch the sun drop behind the mountains.
Queenstown offers an array of experiences from bungy jumps and jet boats, to wine tasting and scenic tours.

Children are welcome as part of the maximum number of guests. This house can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests per booking (including all adults, children and infants) - additional guests are not permitted.
