Great Getaway Weekend.

Wonderful home away from home

We could not have been more pleased with this lovely home. It was wonderfully equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. The owner is very communicative and responded immediately if we had any questions. We highly recommend this house

Great place for your stay

The property is in a great location for everything you need in the villages and the surrounding area. Very clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area in the patio outside. Communications with the owner is very helpful and also quick to respond. Very safe area to stay.

It was good however

I cannot get to microwave to work.We couldn't find out if there was a working shower. There is a bathtub. The Koureg machine worked when it wanted to net.When it had to. I want to be really clear. The caretakers are very, very attentive and had we I told them about this they would have been there, but we didn't realize about the microwave until this morning

Excellent home in The Villages

The owner, Jeff Kramam, was a super pleasant fellow with whom we dealt. He andwered every question we asked in a matter of minutes. He was also available by phone. The home was everything it was advertised to be. It was near both Spanish Springs and the stores along 441. The home was clean, neat, and fully stocked with utensils so that we were able to cook and eat most of our meals in the home. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of sheets and blankets. There were both firm and soft pillows for every bed. The bathroom was well stocked with extra towels, washcloths, and soap. In summary, we very much enjoyed our choice of this home for our stay in The Villages.

Perfect Location to Explore the Villages

I wanted to see all of the town squares and go to Lake Sumter in the evening. This house is within a cart ride of Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. Excellent communication by the owner.

It was exactly as described. Clean and offered so many amenities. The owner, Jeff, greeted me and walked me through the property. Jeff continued to keep in touch with me to make sure that my stay was perfect. He offered insight to what to do while at the Villages.I would definitely stay again!

Adorable Cottage

Adorable house to stay. All new upgrades in a friendly location. Close to everything going on at the Villages. I would recommend this to a couple or small family. Very cozy and clean with wi-fi included.

it was a very easy stay for our first visit to the Villages. Maybe not a "5 star" as the listing said, but pretty nice. Still needs a lot of little things, salt, Kleenex.

Perfect location for access to many amenities at The Villages

Great stay at a cute villa. Quiet neighborhood- well equipped kitchen, grill outside, nice big seating area in all season room and patio. Bed comfortable. A couple minute drive from Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. Host was excellent with communication and making sure we were comfortable.
