Our host was great. Excellent communication throughout. We had all the details when we needed it most. The place is very nice and felt like a home. Most of all it's peaceful and felt safe. Highly recommended.

Our host was very accommodating. The house could use a bit of updating but it was clean and roomy for four people. The location is good and having a golf cart is a nice touch.

The host was wonderful and very accommodating.But we did have significant difficulty trying to play golf. I’m not sure the homeowner understands how golfing works in the villages.He may need to do some investigating.The Home was lovely and the host replied to comments very quickly..

The owner was very communicative and responded very quickly to any question or request; simply a great guest / owner experience. The beds were the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in while traveling; I travel a lot for work so that is an extreme compliment.It was a comfortable, relaxing place to be after a 1500 mile plus drive and dropping children off at college(s). I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The spacious kitchen was perfect for our family meals, and we loved having the backyard for our dogs to play in. The added bonus of a golf cart made it easy to get around the area and explore. The guest passes were incredibly convenient, especially for accessing the pool, which we really enjoyed.The host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. We visit The Villages a couple of times a year, and this property has become one of our favorites. We would love to return in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Wonderful Stay/Excellent Host

Brad had all check in information, details about the house and area all organized and sent to me ahead of arrival. He also gave detailed instructions about how to reach him 25/7 in case you need anything at all. He was very responsive to all communication and friendly to work with. The house was very clean upon arrival. And the house came with golf cart and activity pass. I can’t wait to stay again!

Great Experience, Lovely Property

Brad was probably the most communicative and accommodating host in existence. The location for us was perfect, 3 blocks from my in-laws and down the block from the pool, close to Arnold Palmer and a short distance by golf cart to the square. Having the golf cart for use was a game changer because I didn’t have to figure out how to rent one. The property is lovely and fit our needs perfectly.

The house is comfortable. Everything we needed was there including a beautiful backgammon game on which we played many games. Communication with Brad was easy.

Beautiful Place!!!

Our 2 week getaway was top notch!! The house was beautiful and very clean. Had everything you could think of for appliances in the kitchen. The owner sent us links to videos on how certain things worked, for instance the TV, the golf cart, etc.This was the best!! Communications and response time with the owner was top notch!! Plus, we had use of the golf cart. We had such a wonderful time and I give credit to the owner for that!! All of this for a great price!! Thank you so much!

Birthday trip

This was a very nice property. The home is very clean and well maintained. The golf cart is also an added bonus for getting around in. The host provided guest passes to the pool and something else, but honestly I did t have time to take advantage of it all.

So Comfortable it feels like "Your Home Away from Home"

Brad was an excellent host, and really communicated perfectly. The house is extremely clean, very comfortable, and highly detailed with decorations. It was great and I wouldn't change a thing. Everything as described

Nice quiet neighborhood & comfy beds! We stayed here because of the convenience of the location. My husband had surgery and this place was only 11 min away. It was nice to have things to do with my 5 year old while he was under to keep our minds busy. The golf cart was fun and so was the pool. We had to go to a different pool though because the one closest to the house is adults only. We had to find a family pool. Lots of food options nearby.

The house is beautifully decorated and in the 10 years I have been visiting The Villages, I had no doubt that it is located in one of the best areas (Winifred Village). The famous Lake Sumter Landing (that lighthouse that shows up in all the photos of The Villages) is 5 minutes away via golf cart as is the famous Polo Field.

Winifred´s back yard is the famous Arnold Palmer Golf and Country club.

Plus the pool is 5 minutes away by foot or 1 minute in the cart!
