The lower-level apartments offer separate entrance, alfresco deck, kitchenette and private bathroom.

Built for year-round comfort, the home boasts superior insulation and double-glazed windows and doors for exceptional thermal efficiency and noise reduction. A Cheminees Philippe wood fireplace adds warmth and ambience, complemented by efficient heating and cooling solutions throughout.

Surrounded by nature, this peaceful retreat is just a short stroll to the Delatite River, ideal for fishing and relaxation. Adventure awaits with the High Country's renowned mountain biking trails in summer and premiere skiing on Mt Buller's slopes in winter. Plus, the vibrant township of Mansfield with its trendy shops, cafés, and pubs, is only a 22 minute drive away.

Comfortable and cosy home for family stay with breathtaking views. Facilities could be a bit more prepared i.e we had no hot water and gas cooktop was not working. However roamly didn’t take long to send someone to fix it, communication was easy too. Otherwise we had a great experience.
