Boasting a flexible floor plan that accommodates up to 10 guests, the home can be configured as a spacious whole-house rental perfect for large families, or divided into two or three self-contained apartments. The lower-level apartments offer separate entrance, alfresco deck, kitchenette and private bathroom.

Built for year-round comfort, the home boasts superior insulation and double-glazed windows and doors for exceptional thermal efficiency and noise reduction. A Cheminees Philippe wood fireplace adds warmth and ambience, complemented by efficient heating and cooling solutions throughout.

Surrounded by nature, this peaceful retreat is just a short stroll to the Delatite River, ideal for fishing and relaxation. Adventure awaits with the High Country's renowned mountain biking trails in summer and premiere skiing on Mt Buller's slopes in winter. Plus, the vibrant township of Mansfield with its trendy shops, cafés, and pubs, is only a 22 minute drive away.
