Thank you so much for your feedback of the home in beautiful South Lake Tahoe! We are thrilled that you enjoyed the ideal location, the lake access, and the pools during your stay! We're sorry to hear that certain aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. We truly would have appreciated the opportunity to address the concerns you mentioned while you were still in the home. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any of these issues until after you had checked out. Had we known during your stay, we would have gladly worked to troubleshoot the TVs, inspect the fans and the running toilet, and have housekeeping address your concerns regarding the floors. For future guests to note, Lakeland Village was built over 50 years ago, in 1973. It is a fabulously unique property, as it is right on the lake, with a beautiful beach, pier, boat buoys, two swimming pools, hot tub, fire pits, and is within walking distance of groceries and dining. There are no other properties like this in South Lake Tahoe, and there will never be another due to building restrictions around the lake. While some of the buildings reflect the character of the property's age, its unmatched lakeside location and amenities continue to make it a favorite destination for many guests.
