Bathroom: Deep soaking tub with overhead rain shower, vanity, and fresh towels; separate toilet downstairs.
Living/Dining: Open‑plan lounge with smart TV and seating; dining table for four.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, plunger, toaster, cookware, and utensils.
Balcony & Garden: Balcony plus a fenced outdoor space with seating for a relaxed drink or family time.
Other: Laundry with washer/dryer and ironing gear; fast Wi‑Fi.

Guests have full, private use of the entire townhouse, fenced garden, and balcony. Entry is via a secure lockbox for flexible self check‑in. Off‑street parking for one car (under the property) is included.
