Fully winterized Cottage on Perry Lake in the town of Kearney. Flat lot offers lots of access for all ages. Equipped with lawn games and kayaks, this cottage offers lots of entertainment for those summer days and then cozy up to a fire during the evenings. If summer is not your thing then during the winter, snowmobile on the "D" trail and then come home and have a drink by the fireplace. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, internet, smart TV and lots of games and entertainment. Laundry is on site if needed.
