Horn Lake Cottage (4 season, Lakefront), Burk's Falls

Three bedroom lakefront year-round cottage, with deck. Lakeside fire pit to sit beside and watch the sunset.

One bedroom with queen bed, one with double, and one with bunk bed (twin over queen). Fully equipped kitchen.

Private boat launch, with dock and use of kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and paddleboat. (Shared with 2 other rental cottages). A public boat launch is located at the end of South Horn Lake Road.

There is a backup generator which automatically works if there is a power outage.

You must bring your own linens - bedding, towels, and dish towels. Please bring your own blankets/comforters or sleeping bags.

Toilet paper, dish soap and shampoo etc., not supplied.

The property has a septic system.
The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.

***YOU MUST CLEAN before you leave, cleaning supplies provided. If cleaned properly cleaning fee deposit will be returned. Due to COVID we will clean extra between rentals.

Fire wood can be purchased on or off site.

Please control garbage to keep animals away, we can arrange for garbage removal.

The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
