Just off the lounge, Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large wardrobe, and a wall heater for added comfort—ideal for restful nights after a busy day. Moving through the home, the dining area boasts a six-seater table, flowing seamlessly into the modern kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and large fridge, making family meals and entertaining a breeze.
Step outside to the undercover patio, complete with outdoor dining table and BBQ facilities, perfect for alfresco dinners or weekend gatherings. Adjacent to the kitchen, the combined bathroom and laundry provides a washer/dryer, vanity, toilet, and shower—ideal for families with little ones or longer stays.

• Local Eats & Cafés: Seabeach Sandwich Bar is just down the road, where you can grab a freshly made sandwich or cheeky bain-marie snack.
• The Federal Mills (5-min drive) provides unique shopping, dining, and kids’ activities. With our favourite spots, Paddock Bakery and 1915, both are most tries!
• Shopping & Entertainment: Geelong CBD and Westfield Geelong are 10 minutes by car, while Pakington Street’s boutiques and cafés offer a classic high-street experience. GMHBA Stadium (15-min drive) hosts AFL games and major events.

Getting Around
We would recommend bringing a vehicle to explore Geelong and its surroundings. However, being in Northshore, there is public transport nearby and Uber and Taxis readily available.
North Geelong train station is a 15-minute walk down The Esplanade, with a local bus stop a 4-minute walk down the road. Avalon Airport is 15 minutes by car, and the Spirit of Tasmania Terminal is only 10 minutes away.
