Middle Floor (Level 2 - Entry Level)
Main Living Area: Open-plan space with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a large TV.
Second Lounge / Multi-Use Room: Ideal as a kidsâ playroom, a quiet reading nook, or a home office. Includes a second TV.

- All poo has to be cleaned up and bagged up before going into the rubbish bin
- Pets are not allowed on furniture to avoid scratching and damages
- Pets to be kept under control and not disturb Neighbours.
- Guests are liable for all damages by the pet including but not limited to scratching the doors/walls, urinating or pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture or carpets, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
