Reñaca has everything I wanted: a safe, walkable beach neighborhood with cafes, seafood spots, and relaxed, friendly vibe. Mornings mean coastal walks and bakery runs; afternoons are for the beach or the boardwalk along Avenida Borgono; evenings bring ocean sunsets and quiet nights. For day trips to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso or the sand dunes in Con-Con.
What I enjoy most is how effortless it feels-park the car, explore on foot, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

What makes us different is how easy it is to relax with kids or without: a large terrace facing the pacific for sunsets and grilling, protected by safety netting; a stylish, open kitchen with quartz counters, subway tile and brass fixtures; in suite laundry (rare by the beach); blackout zebra blinds for great sleep; a bright primary bedroom plus a bunk room with guard rails and plenty of storage. Thoughtful details and a serene palette bring a boutique/hotel feel-just above the waves.
