Just moments away from the lively Milton markets, the inviting Anouk Café, the artisanal Aether Brewing, the cozy Bunker coffee shop, the delectable Naim restaurant, and the convenient Milton Station, the location of our home couldn’t be more ideal!
Our Facilities:
Our guests are pampered with amenities that rival the most exclusive resorts, including an in-house cinema, a state-of-the-art gym, and a rooftop pool offering panoramic city and water views.

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)

This is a residential building with lovely full-time residents. Please follow the building by-laws and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM) 🌙.
