New, air conditioned, beach, rainforest,cassowary, goanna ,beach cafe, king bed
Our boundary is Daintree National Park where Cassowaries and goannas wander onto the property . Our timber bridge goes over our creek then it's across the road to the beach. The air conditioned house has been refurbished with new interior , furniture , appliances and kitchenware. You can walk to the local cafe where you are right on the beach with great views.
Airconditioned bedroom with king bed, bathroom and full kitchen. It is designed for couples who appreciate quality furniture , fittings and appliances. Being in the tropics there are lots of large doors opening to out door living .
Rainforest Village store is a 7 minute drive away for laundromat (we do not have a washingmachine) , groceries and fuel. LOCAL RESTAURANTS: Thornton Beach Cafe - walk down the beach 3 minutes ; Heritage Lodge - lunch or dinner and ask if you can swim in the swimming hole, 5 minute drive away ; Daintree Siesta- 10 minute drive away ; Cape Tribulation Village with several lunch and dinner options - 15 minute drive away. TOURS : crocodile tour walk around the corner ; award winning Ocean Safari reef snorkeling leaving from Cape Tribulation Beach.
