Welcome to Magnolia Place 103/4789 — a cozy, updated golf villa designed with relaxation and convenience in mind. The fully equipped kitchen features newly upgraded appliances, perfect for whipping up anything from breakfast to dinner. Wood flooring runs throughout the common areas, adding warmth and style to the space.
The living room offers comfy seating, a flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa for additional flexibility. Step outside to the private, enclosed patio and enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee as the sun rises. The master suite includes a king bed and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features two twin beds and an attached bathroom that also houses a stackable washer and dryer.

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
Documentation Required: A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
Seasonal Amenities: Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
Beach Access: Public beach access is nearby and easily accessible.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
