We have invested again this year to make your stay even more enjoyable.


We rent a villa / cottage for 10 persons only 20m. from sandy beaches in Duce.
Sandy beach and shallow sloping water is ideal for families with children.

The house offers with its garden and pool an oasis of peace and relaxation for family or a group of friends who want to spend nice days together.
Duce is a series of small settlements in Poljica, the area between the Adriatic Sea and the Mountains of Mosor. Beautiful sandy beaches stretching six kilometers from Dugi Rat to Omis make Duce a perfect tourist destination for families with small children.

Our house is on the sea side of Duce on a plot of 600m2 .. The house is 300m2 large.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room and living room, whirlpool, sauna, .Fitness..Waschmaschine; Billiard pool
On the 1st floor we have 3 rooms with bath, balcony with sea view.
On the second floor are also 2 rooms with bathroom and sea view .

You can go directly from the living room or out of the kitchen to the garden or to the pool. Heated Pool before / after season.
We also have a stone barbecue outdoor.
Parking space for five cars.
On one side from the living room to the pool or from the living room to the sauna- or in a minute to the sea.
