Situated in beautiful Old Tuross, Nerita is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single storey holiday cottage combining original features with modern amenities, offering the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Everything is included for a fabulous stay! Free Wi-Fi, quality fresh bed linen, bath towels and toiletries. Your small, house-trained pet is welcome to join you on holiday.



The Space:

Nerita’s single-level layout is designed for easy living, with solid timber floors throughout and no internal steps. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, quality Smeg 6-burner gas cook top and electric oven. The open-plan dining room includes an extendable table to seat 6 guests and flows on to one of the two sitting areas, each with smart TV.

Three sunny and tranquil bedrooms - two with comfy queen beds and one with two single beds ensure a good night’s sleep to the sound of the sea. There are two toilets and two bathrooms - one with a shower over the bath and the second with a walk-in shower and integrated laundry facilities.

Outside, you can cook your catch on the Weber grill and enjoy a meal on the private rear covered deck overlooking the garden. There is a single garage and plenty of off-street driveway parking with gates for your car or boat. A securely fenced and gated back garden provides a safe and enjoyable outdoor space for children and pets.



Guest Access:

We are happy to meet you on arrival at the property or a self-check-in option is available. Guests have full access to the premises excluding the locked storage cupboard & external garden shed.



The Neighborhood:

Nerita is ideally placed for you to enjoy the many attractions that Tuross has to offer. Take an easy walk to join the scenic coastal pathway and head to the Boatshed café for a leisurely breakfast or stroll in the opposite direction to the beach. The boat ramp is close by and One Tree Beach located at the southern end of Tuross Boulevard is patrolled over the summer season. Tuross Head shops offer a good range of amenities including an IGA, petrol station, pharmacy, hardware store, butcher and cafes. If you don’t feel like cooking, try a meal at a local restaurant, pop-up food van or club.

Whether you’re into fishing, paddleboarding, golf, or simply enjoying a good book by the sea, you’ll find everything you need.



Getting Around:

Enjoy easy access to local amenities with pathways perfect for walking and cycling to beaches and village shops. Ideal for strolls with your furry friend!

Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you would like to bring a pet. A fee of $55 is payable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet - bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.



Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms - Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.



Security Deposit - A refundable guest security deposit of $400.00 applies at Nerita. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the morning of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.



Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated at the time of booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children.



A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
