Welcome to Surfside, a deluxe beachfront escape set on one of Australia’s most breathtaking and historic coastlines — Catherine Hill Bay. Known for its pristine waters, golden sands, and relaxed coastal charm, this is where luxury meets laid-back beach living.

Perfect for families or groups, Surfside offers five spacious bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The home is beautifully styled throughout, with a bright, open-plan layout and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame sweeping ocean views and fill the space with natural light.

At the heart of the home is a luxury kitchen, fully equipped with premium appliances, stone benchtops, and everything you need for effortless entertaining. Cook up a feast indoors or enjoy two separate outdoor BBQ areas, perfect for alfresco dining with the sea breeze as your backdrop.

Bedding Configuration:

Main Bedroom (Upstairs) - Super King bed

Second Bedroom (Downstairs) – Queen bed

Third Bedroom (Upstairs) – Single bed with trundle

Fourth Bedroom (Upstairs) – Queen bed

Fifth Bedroom (Upstairs) – Two singles (can be configured as a queen)

Surfside also features a separate living area with a kitchenette, offering added flexibility and privacy — ideal for extended family stays, multi-generational groups, or those who simply want a quiet space to unwind.

Travelling as a smaller group?

We now offer a reduced rate for families of up to 6 - 8 guests. In this option, one or two bedrooms, one upstairs living and kitchenette area will be closed off, while you still enjoy full access to the downstairs main living areas, the kitchen, gym, outdoor spaces, and all premium amenities.

Step outside to your private pool, spa & soak up the sun on the expansive deck. Whether you're entertaining or simply relaxing, Surf side's seamless indoor-outdoor flow offers space for everyone to connect and recharge.

Just steps from the sand via a private walkway (through the white gate to the left of the house) and close to scenic coastal walks, heritage trails, and the iconic Catherine Hill Bay jetty, Surfside gives you front-row access to one of New South Wales’ most picturesque beach destinations.
