The heart of the home is a beautifully designed kitchen featuring sliding glass windows that open to a bar area overlooking the infinity pool. This clever layout creates a seamless indoor/outdoor flow, perfect for al fresco dining, entertaining or socialising while cooking. Whether you're preparing a casual lunch or evening drinks, the space invites you to connect and enjoy the views in a relaxed and open setting.

The home features two king bedrooms, each with a private outlook and ensuites. One opens to a secluded courtyard, while the other spills out onto its own section of the expansive deck.

The third bedroom is a fun and functional bunk room with two sets of bunks beds. Perfect for kids or extra adult guests. The bathroom accessed from this room has a roman style bath with shower and a separate toilet. It is also accessible from the deck making it perfect for rinsing off after a swim or providing easy access during outdoor entertaining.

Each of the three bathrooms have been finished with bespoke fittings and stunning locally made Jatana tiles from nearby Federal, with Leif products available throughout your stay enhancing a truly beautiful spa like experience.

The Pool House is air-conditioned with ceiling fans and screens on all windows to allow natural airflow when desired. A double-sided gas fireplace sits between the lounge and dining area creating a cozy atmosphere during the cooler months, while the air conditioning keeps the space cool and comfortable through summer.

Outside, soak up the sunshine or spot whales from the expansive deck (May to October), overlooking the mineral infinity pool and coastline beyond. The space is complete with outdoor lounge furniture and an extendable dining table, perfect for long, lazy lunches or dinners under the stars.

Relax, rejuvenate and sooth sore muscles in your own private sauna, exclusively available throughout your stay. Convenient access is via a dedicated set of steps from the main deck.
